Lake Louie Brewing had a brand that was growing dusty, and they recognized the need to draw a younger audience in order to compete with the booming craft beer business in Wisconsin. I led a team of designers in transforming the identity and packaging system into a bright & witty celebration of Wisconny lake life.

Lake Louie grew from the reputation of a legendary pond where local youths would go to skinny dip, including Lake Louie's founder. So, we leveraged a powerful insight of the 24-36 year old market that would serve as a guidepost for the brand character:
Old enough to know better. Young enough to do it anyway.
